Marine Indoor Sports Complex – Terms & Conditions

General Rules

1. The consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances inside the premises is strictly prohibited.

2. Participants must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking footwear. Entry may be refused if attire is unsuitable.

3. Studded shoes, spiked shoes, and football boots are not permitted indoors.

4. Footwear must be clean; ensure that the soles are wiped before entering the courts.

5. Participants must behave responsibly and maintain discipline and decorum at all times.

6. Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.

7. Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

Bookings & Payments

1. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Full payment must be made at the time of booking; bookings are non-refundable.

3. If participants arrive late, the reserved time slot will not be extended.

4. Management reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to maintenance or operational requirements; alternative slots will be offered where possible.

Use of Facilities

1. Use of the courts is strictly for the reserved activity only (e.g., badminton, cricket, futsal).

2. No unauthorized events, tournaments, or group activities may be conducted without written approval from the management.

3. Participants must use the equipment and facilities responsibly.

4. The use of loudspeakers, music equipment, or any device causing disturbance is not permitted unless authorized.

Liability & Safety

1. Participants engage in sports activities at their own risk.

2. Marine Indoor Sports Complex will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies.

3. Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings; the management will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Any damages caused to equipment, courts, or property—whether accidental or intentional—must be paid for by the responsible party.

Code of Conduct

1. Abusive language, harassment, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal from the premises.

2. Proper sportsmanship must be maintained at all times.

Management Rights

1. The management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant who violates these terms.

2. The decision of the management regarding rules, safety, and discipline is final.
